Thank you for visiting and shopping with Can-am logs & lumber. In the following text you will find our terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policies.

Responsibility:

We are not responsible if your package gets stolen or loss.

If returning an item, you as the customer accepts all charges, so we don't pay the shipping for the return item.

Shipping processing time:

Please take note that orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please take note if you want your order to be shipped the same day, you've got to place your order before 8:00 am eastern time. If order placed after 8:00 am eastern time your order will only be shipped the day after.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

For the shipping rates and delivery estimates go on our website, click on the product you want and at the checkout they will ask you for your address, once you type in your adresse it will give you the estimate delivery and rate for your item.

Shipping confirmation and tracking number:

An email will be sent to you with the tracking number, once your item is packaged and shipped.

Customs, duties and taxes:

Can-am logs & lumber is not responsible for any customs, taxes or duty applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the customers responsibility. 

International shipping:

Shipping is available outside of canada, for prices please go on our website, click on the product you want and at the checkout they will ask you for your address, once you type in your adresse it will give you the estimate delivery and rate for your item.
